Works on the site were completed in December 2022.

The following works have been carried out:

  • Renovation and insulation of the foundation waterproofing.

  • Reconstruction of interior spaces.

Replacement of roof covering of a multi-apartment residential building at Valmieras Street 16, Madona, Madona Municipality

The object was put into operation in January 2023.

The following works have been carried out:

  • Metal roofing renewal works.

  • Roof safety cable installed.

  • Roof structure reinforced by installation of additional rafters.

Improvement of the energy efficiency of a residential building in Madona, Private houses
energy efficiency - Altum

The following works have been carried out:

  • Insulation of the roof and attic.

  • Insulation of the wall structure.

  • Replacement of the roof covering by installing asbestos-free slate.

  • Finishing of the ventilated facade with Cedral fibre cement boards.

The Concrete Foundation has been created and an environmental sculpture by sculptor Aigars Bikše has been installed.

Energy efficiency improvement measures in the building at J. Ramaņa Street 13, Biksere, Madona Municipality

The object was put into operation in May 2022.
The following works have been carried out:

  • Facade insulation works.

  • Attic insulation works.

  • Repair of the concrete roof and renewal of the waterproofing with polyurethane coating.

  • Replacement of windows and balcony showcases.

  • Insulation of the basement slab.

  • Renovation and insulation of the foundation waterproofing.

  • Building heating systems rebuilt.

Reconstruction of residential building

The following works have been carried out:

  • Foundation block assembly works for a building extension.

  • Brickwork of the extension in aerated concrete blockwork.

  • Construction of a new roof structure for the entire roof of the building.

  • Installation of a new roof covering.

  • Insulation of the facade with rock wool and decorative plaster finishing.

  • The heating system has been installed, underfloor heating on the 1st floor level and radiators on the 2nd floor.

  • The external heating pipe has been built.

Energy efficiency improvement measures in the building at Saules Street 49A, Madona

The object was put into operation in November 2021.
The following works have been carried out:

  • Facade insulation works.

  • Attic insulation works, Metal roofing.

  • Replacement of window and door units with insulation on timber frame.

  • Insulation of the basement slab.

  • Renovation and insulation of the foundation waterproofing.

  • Rebuilding of UKT networks in the basement and also risers in the apartments.

  • Rebuilt heating systems in the building, and installed heat metering in the apartments.

New construction of a manure storage facility, reconstruction of squares and roads in "Rītiņi", Sarkani Parish, Madona Municipality

The object was put into operation in January 2021.
The following works have been carried out:

  • Renovation of gravelled access roads.

  • Renovation of squares.

  • Construction of a concrete manure storage facility.

Energy efficiency improvement measures in the building at Augu Street 24, Madona

The object was put into operation in October 2021.
The following works have been carried out:

  • Insulation works on the ventilated facade.

  • Roof insulation works, Installation of a fusible roof covering.

  • Replacement of window and door units.

  • Insulation of the basement slab.

  • Renovation and insulation of the foundation waterproofing.

  • Rebuilding of UKT networks in the basement and also risers in the apartments.

  • Rebuilt heating systems in the building and installed heat metering system in the apartments.

Construction works completed in May 2021.
The following works have been carried out:

The object was put into operation in December 2020.

  • Construction of acoustic wall panels and acoustic ceiling.

The following works have been carried out:

  • Foundation block assembly works for a building extension.

Works on the site were completed in October 2019.
The following works have been carried out:

  • Eradication of Brant fungus in the building.

  • Construction of a concrete floor.

  • Finishing works.

Reconstruction of manure storage on the site of Z/S "STŪRMEŽS" in Ošupe Municipality

Commissioned in November 2019.
The following works have been carried out:

  • Renovation of gravelled access roads.

  • Creation of concreted pitches.

  • Construction of a concrete manure storage facility.

  • Installation of retaining walls made of concrete foundation blocks.
